A two-story accessory structure is under construction in the backyard
of the residence located at 7 New Cut Road. After receiving numerous
citizen complaints, the Town is investigating the matter, as the structure
appears to be in violation of the Town Zoning Ordinance.

Acting Town
Zoning Adminstrator Mary Anne Graham reported to the Town Council that
the zoning permit for this structure had been revoked. The owner has
10 days from receipt of the letter to respond. Ms. Graham also
reported the owners had hired an attorney. |

A
letter was sent to the owners
from Anne Hennessey informing them that their structure is in
violation of the Town Zoning Ordinance. The letter states that an
application for a variance must be filed with the Town Board of Zoning
Appeals (BZA) and that all work on the property must cease until the
BZA acts on the request. |

The Town
received a citizen letter of complaint
regarding the property. |

application was submitted by Lonnie L. Suter to build a "two car

Cut Road. A property survey was submitted
