From the Streetscape Master Plan draft: ROUTE 7 COMMERCIAL PROPERTY "This 12 acre commercially-zoned property lies just outside the Town
limits at the intersection of Route 7 and Evening Star Drive. It is an
important “gateway” property for the Town because it is directly in the
viewshed of the Eastern entrance to Round Hill. The development of the
property is an important issue in the overall Streetscape Master Plan
because of its prominent gateway location and the potential for setting
a tone and character for new development in the architecture and design
of improvements on the site.
