As part of the revised rezoning application, Richmond American Homes is proposing to build "patio homes." These are clusters of four single-family detached homes that share a common driveway and have minimal yards.

Richmond American is proposing to use two different models, the Durham II and the Hampton in the following configuration:

Both models are two-story homes with optional finished basements. Bedrooms in both are on the second floor.
