Water Capacity

The Town's ability to supply water is a critical element in many different discussions, including development and boundary line adjustments. Following are passages from assorted documents in which the Town's water capacity is addressed.

  • 2000 Consent Decree
    Much of the Town of Round Hill's water and sewer capacity is generated through utilities provided as part of this 2000 agreement between the Town and Round Hill Investors (RHI). This document settled a large lawsuit brought against the Town by RHI.
