Questions on the Day of the Festival?
Look for members of the Hometown Festival Committee during
the festival if you have any questions about events, etc. Members will
be wearing white and blue lanyards and badges with the Hometown Festival
logo.
Festival T-shirts Congratulations to the winner of the t-shirt design contest: Round Hill Elementary School fifth-grader
Harrison Furlow! In addition to having
his hummingbird design featured on the front of the t-shirt, Harrison
will have the opportunity to ride on a fire engine down
Main Street
in the Hometown Festival Parade. All of the t-shirt designs are posted on
the front windows of the Town Office on Main Street. Stop by and
take a look!
T-shirts are available for order through our
online order form using Paypal
or by printing the general registration form
and returning it with a check to the Round Hill Town Office.
T-shirts are $10 and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Due to a shipping error, the T-shirts will
not be delivered to the Town Office until Friday, May 28.
They will be available for pickup from the office Friday
afternoon or from the information table at the Festival starting at 9:30
a.m. Saturday. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Hungry?
Lunch options during the Festival include the Round Hill
Volunteer Fire Department's pig roast, Savoir Fare and Tammy's Diner. If
you're just looking for a snack or cold drink, stop by the Round Hill
Grocery or Round Hill Mini-Mart.
Road Closures
Please be aware that roads throughout town will be closed for
periods of time during the day. Closures include Main Street (5K, parade
and feast) and North Locust Street (downhill derby). For a full list of closures along the 5K route, see the
5K page. There will be an unusual number of pedestrians along the
streets during the festival, so please use extreme caution when driving through
town.
Parking
Parking in the center of Round Hill is extremely limited. Walking
or biking to the Festival is encouraged. The nearest public parking lots
are at the Round Hill Center on High Street and Woodgrove Park and Round
Hill Elementary School on Evening Star Drive.
